As a quilting community, we have all stood tall to help those around us. Many of our customers have family, friends, and loved ones suffering in Lahaina and across Maui.
Thank you for your continued support of the fires that have devastated Hawaii's island of Maui. Our hearts go out to those affected and to the family members praying for the safety of their loved ones. We have customers with ties to the airlines who are willing to help us get these quilts where they are so desperately needed at this time.
If you have any new or gently used quilts, please drop them off at our shop thru the end of September.
We have received almost 200 quilt donations between our shop and Cedar Ridge Quilts in Oregon, and will continue to take quilt donations as well as cash donations to help cover some of the shipping costs to fly or boat the quilts to their new homes.
Once shipping is completed, any remaining funding will go directly to the Maui Fire and Disaster Relief.
