Playing With Selvages
Bring your collection of selvages and begin making new fabric from them. You can get a head-start on a future project (a bag, notebook cover, hot coffee holder, needle case, etc.) or do a quilt-as-you-go mug rug. If you have no collection yet, start cutting from your fabric stash and ask your friends to save theirs for you. The teacher will have some to share.
