Rope Baskets & Bowls
You’ll learn to make baskets, bowls, and/or totes in this fun class. Wrap cotton clothesline with strips of fabric and then zigzag the clothesline into fabulous shapes. Make a small bowl to hold sewing tools at your machine, a basket to hold skeins of yarn while you knit or crochet, a tote to hold a towel and book to the beach – the possibilities are endless. A wonderful project to use your scraps or that piece of fabric you just HAD to have and now can’t imagine why. The fabrics always take on a life of their own with this method and the surprising results are great. These make great gifts for a friend or family member, or maybe a hostess gift? WARNING: Making these baskets, bowls, and totes can be addictive!
